A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of US$250 per person per program is required to reserve the space for you. Heart Of Asia Travels accepts Visa, MasterCard & Bank transfer, Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the deposit is received by Heart Of Asia Travels and you receive a confirmation invoice. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if deposit is not received by Heart Of Asia Travels by the deposit due date. On certain departures, deposits may be required at time of booking to hold or to confirm space for you. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Prices are quoted for the travel arrangements of the entire journey and itemized component price shall not be provided.

Services of e-Tourist Visa involves completely online application for which no facilitation is required by any intermediary / agents etc. It is advised not to believe or fall in trap of any such unscrupulous elements. Please note that you may apply for the visa no earlier than 33 days prior to your arrival in India.

- Heart Of Asia Travels will accept cancellation requests in writing only. The computation of cost for the purpose of cancellation commences when the written request is received at the Heart Of Asia office on a working day within working hours.
- The following charges are payable by the Client for request of cancellation received:
- From the booking date to 61 days prior to departure date: 25% of the total tour cost.
- 60 -31 days prior to departure date: 50% of the total tour cost;
- 30 days prior to departure date: 100% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellation charges may vary or more stringent charges may apply depending upon the destination, structure of the package or Heart Of Asia Travels supplier’s policy.
- Once Heart Of Asia Travels receives the entire amount of payment in respect of the journey booked, the Client shall be delivered the final tax invoice, Tour Confirmation Voucher, detailed itinerary listing the services they shall be entitled to on the journey and briefing sheet containing important / emergency contact details for your further use. The Client will also be provided with the personalized travel wallet, baggage tags, upon arrival in India.
- Persons eligible to travel to India, Nepal, Bhutan & Sri Lanka ("you" or the "Client") on Heart Of Asia Travels journeys must have a passport valid from the date of departure from India for a minimum of six months and maximum of 10 years*. It is important that the necessary visas, international certificates of vaccination (wherever required), other travel related clearances, overseas travel & medical insurance to cover cancellation and curtailment, all medical expenses including evacuation/repatriation, personal baggage, personal liability, death and permanent disability and travel document insurance, are in place/order to be able to undertake the journey.
- The payments made for the travel arrangements are to be in accordance with the applicable guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Government of India, and any other applicable law for foreign exchange transactions.

- Accommodation and arranged sightseeing schedules are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Heart Of Asia Travels control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur even after the final itinerary has been issued. Heart Of Asia Travels also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, to make such alterations to the itinerary or the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable, and to pass on to the Client any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. In case of any appreciable variation in the tour price due to these circumstances, Heart Of Asia Travels reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour costs as necessary.
