Spice Plantation & City Tour
Duration of the Tour: 5 Hours
Meeting and assistance upon arrival at Pier with your English speaking guide, he will take on your journey to Panjim City, which is the capital of Goa. Start with a walking tour through the protuguese Latin Quarters of Fontainhas (or Bairro das Fontainhas, in Portugese). Traditional house were constructed during 18th & 19th centuries. These colorful house is the main attraction of the tourist.
Proceed to the Old Goa churches a UNESCO World Heritage Site - St. Cathedral, St. Francis, St Caetano and notably the Basilica of Bom Jesus which contains the relics of St. Francis Xavier.
Lunch will be arranged at local restaurant.
Later drive to the Spice plantation visit where you will be welcomed in a traditional way before return back to pier.
