Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive Calicut (Kozhikode 25 Kms)
Arrive into Calicut, meet and transfer to hotel for 01 night stay. Once the capital of the powerful zamorins and a prominent trade and commerce centre, Kozhikode (Calicut) was the most important region of Malabar in the days gone by. Today, lush green countryside, serene beaches, historic sites, wildlife sanctuaries, rivers, hills, a unique culture and a warm, friendly ambience make Kozhikode (Calicut) a popular destination.
Visit the Kappad beach where Vasco d agama set foot in 1498 which was the discovery of sea route to kerala. Also if time permits visit the beypore one of the prominent ports and fishing harbors, and was also an important trade and maritime centre during the days of the early Arab and Chinese travelers and later the Europeans. Soon after gaining prominence as a port and trade centre, Beypore slowly began to flourish as a centre for shipbuilding, since ships were 0in great demand merchants from Western Asia. The shipbuilding yard at Beypore is famous for its traditional construction of the Uru or the Arabian trading vessel. This tradition of shipbuilding is nearly 1,500 years old, and the craftsmanship of the workers here is exceptional. Overnight in Calicut.
Day 02: Calicut - Bekal (200 km)
After breakfast proceed to the famous Bekal in kasargodu district. Extremely scenic landscape, extensive beaches, numerous estuaries and backwaters and unspoiled environs has helped Bekal qualify as an international standard beach destination and the most potential beach destination in South Asia India has a very few comparable locations that offer the diversity of attractions to be found in Bekal. Day 03: Bekal
Morning free to relax at the beach. By afternoon proceed for a visit to Bekal Fort which is the largest fort in the state of Kerala, India, spreading over 40 acres An important features of this fort are the water-tank with its flight of steps, the tunnel opening towards the south, the magazine for keeping ammunition and the broad and wide steps leading to the Observation Tower which is a rarity. This observation center had strategic significance in discovering even the smallest movements of the enemy and ascertaining safety of the Fort.
Day 04: Kabini - Nagarhole (220 km)
After an early breakfast drive to Kabini, Nestled in the southern fringes of the Nagarhole National Park, the Kabini River Lodge is a perfect getaway for nature lovers. The breathtaking locale with the tranquil backwaters of the River Kabini presents an ideal setting for a long-awaited vacation. Once the hunting lodge of the erstwhile Maharaja Gaur, chital, sambar and barking deer, sloth bears and Langur. Crocodiles and over a hundred species of birds and the elusive cats, the Leopard and Tiger. Reach in time for lunch and later proceed for a jungle safari to see the wildlife. Overnight at Kabini.
Day 05: Nagarhole - Coorg (130 km)
After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Coorg. Situated in the southwestern part of Karnataka, perched on the Western Ghats at an altitude of 1100 m above sea level, Coorg is dotted with beautiful coffee and tea plantations, alluring nature trails and splendid waterfalls; it's a place good enough to be visited again and again. Nestling at a height, the climate in Coorg throughout the year is perfect. The most magical place in Coorg is Madikeri which is also referred to as 'Scotland of India'. Day 06: Coorg
Day free to relax at Coorg. You may take a tour of the sprawling plantations around or proceed for a soft trek. Overnight in Coorg.
Day 07: Coorg - Mysore (120 km)
After breakfast check out from your hotel and drive to Mysore. The capital of a former princely state, Mysore is a city of palaces and gardens and is famous for its silk, sandalwood and jasmine. With many grand palaces like Mysore Palace adorning the face of the city, Mysore has come to be known as 'City of Palaces'. The name Mysore has its roots in Indian mythology. The legend has it that Goddess Chamundi killed Demon Mahishasura here. Thus, the name Mysore. The city was once the capital of Wodeyar Dynasty till Independence. Upon arrival, check into the hotel for a nights stay. Evening free to explore the colorful bazaars.

Day 08: Mysore - Hassan with visit of Belur and Halebid (150 km)
After a leisurely breakfast proceed to Hassan pleasant, picturesque towns in the heart of Malnad. Visit Belur and Halebid. Belur, 34 km from Hassan is also known as the Dakshin (Southern) Varanasi. The serenity of Belur is attributed to the celebrated temple of Chennakeshava, belonging to 1117 AD. Halebid has several strikingly beautiful Hoysala temples and Jain shrines. Day 09: Hassan - Bangalore (180 km)
After breakfast check out and drive to Bengaluru, enroute visiting Sravanabelagola this was the legendary pilgrim centre and shrine of the Jains since early times.
Continue drive to Bengaluru, the garden city formerly known as Bangalore, upon arrival check into hotel for 01 night stay. Bengaluru is known for its numerous parks and avenues. Afternoon, sightseeing tour of Bangalore including Tipu Sultan's Palace, Bull Temple, Lalbagh Gardens, Cubbon Park & Museum and Vidhana Soudha which houses both the State Legislature and Secretariat. Overnight stay at Bangalore.
Day 10: Departure from Bangalore
In time departure transfer to Bengaluru Airport (1.5 hour drive) assisted by our representative.
